This training builds on foundational concepts and continues to develop the skills needed to better support students with visual impairments. In this hands-on session, participants will further explore strategies for adapting educational materials and deepen their understanding of the fundamentals of braille.
The training focuses on practical approaches for modifying classroom materials and increasing accessibility for students.
While this is the second session in the training series, participants are welcome to attend even if they did not participate in Part 1.
This session is ideal for paraprofessionals interested in expanding their skillset and strengthening their ability to support students with visual impairments.
This training course will result in a certificate of completion.
