National Core Indicator (NCI) In-Person Survey

The NCI Survey takes place annually. The survey gathers information from individuals served by the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH). The survey asks questions about employment, rights, service planning, community inclusion, choice, and health and safety.
