The Sherlock Center conducts surveys that give Rhode Islanders an opportunity to share their experiences with the services and supports they receive from the state. This information help state and national leaders evaluate service quality, identify trends, and make informed decisions about programs and policies.
National Core Indicators (NCI) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) In-Person Survey
The NCI-IDD survey takes place annually. The survey gathers information from individuals served by the Division of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (BHDDH). The survey asks questions about employment, rights, service planning, community inclusion, choice, and health and safety.
National Core Indicators – Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) Survey
The NCI_AD survey takes place annually. The survey gathers information from those who receive services from the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS). The survey asks questions about employment, rights, service planning, community inclusion, choice, and health and safety.
