Community mapping helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) identify the people, places and resources that can support them to be active in their community and live as independently as possible.

As part of our Person-Centered Planning training series, this in-person workshop will introduce participants to the process of community mapping and strategies for identifying opportunities in the community where the person can belong. 

This workshop is intended for people who have IDD, those who support them and anyone involved in a Person-Centered Planning process.
