Relationship mapping is a tool to help people with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) identify the important people in their life and the kinds of support they offer. It helps others in their lives understand these relationships so they can maintain or strengthen them as needs change.

As part of our Person-Centered Planning training series, this two-hour in-person workshop will explain how Relationship Mapping works and how participants can explore the different types of relationships that are important in a person’s life.

This workshop is intended for people who have IDD, those who support them and anyone involved in a Person-Centered Planning process.
