Self-Directed Supports Network September Meeting

Join us at the Warwick Center for the Arts for a Self-Directed Supports Network meeting, in partnership with RIPIN, focused on community mapping and discovering resources available in our local community.

Community mapping is a way to identify, explore and connect with people, places, services and resources in your neighborhood or broader community. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, and participants can join the first hour of the meeting in person or via Zoom.

Beginning at 11 a.m., in-person participants will have the opportunity to take a stroll through the neighborhood and put community mapping into practice. We’ll end our day at the Fall Apple Fest in Warwick City Hall Plaza, a free event with live music, vendors, children’s activities and food trucks. You can purchase food from the vendors on your own if you wish.

For the hybrid portion, you can participate by computer, mobile device or landline phone. Complete details, including Zoom information, will be sent by email after you submit your registration.

Reasonable accommodation / language request

If you need a reasonable accommodation (e.g., ASL interpreter) or materials in an alternate format (e.g. large print) to fully participate in this event, please indicate your request on the registration form.
