    Ready Tool for Transition

    The Ready Tool from the National Center on Deafblindness helps transition teams identify steps for the transition process to create an action plan and develop goals and objectives for the IEP and transition plans. Tools are available for four age groups.

    The Commission on Human Rights enforces Rhode Island anti-discrimination laws in the areas of employment, housing, public accommodations, credit and delivery of services. The website has information on Rhode Island anti-discrimination laws, the Commission’s hearing process, and how to file a complaint.
