SME Fieldwork

Fieldwork assignments are required for all SME training participants working toward an ACRE certificate. An ACRE certificate can be obtained by participating in either the full ACRE-approved series or by completing all three mini-series (Vocational Assessment, Job Development, Job Retention and Coaching).

The Sherlock Center is here to help you successfully meet the SME certificate requirements the Sherlock Center! Fieldwork support is available during the required mentor /fieldwork sessions and 1:1 by appointment (in-person, phone or using Zoom).

Fieldwork Submission

The recommended method to submit fieldwork assignments is to use the online form below. From the form, you can upload one or more documents.

When naming your electronic files, include your last name and first initial along with the name of the assignment and/or form.
